The Group is the results of the combination of three Italian companies active in the cosmetic packaging sector:

• Induplast: founded in 1958 by Angelo Cortesi and Attilio Leidi, it is a well-known company active in the production of plastic packaging for the cosmetic sector (sticks, roll-on, etc.);
• Verve: founded in 1959 by the Versiglia family, the company is one of the main Italian companies in the production of bottles and jars for the cosmetic sector and is able to offer a wide service of services from design planning to in-house production of moulds and final decoration;
• Vexel: company with a wide range of products including bottles, jars, airless dispensers and foamed mainly for the professional hair care and beauty specialist’s markets.

The Group operates 3 facilities in Northern Italy (Varese, Bergamo and Parma) and employs 176 people.
